VENDÔME FEVER: Louis Vuitton's Next Pitstop

While most of us are unpacking and restocking our winterwear right this moment, it'd be wise to plan ahead... as far as next summer, really. That's because designers have been expressing their warm weather-friendly designs now, just in case you are living under a rock for the last few weeks. And if you are one of those so-called tastemakers, then you've probably got your calendar marked for the Louis Vuitton presentation (for obvious reasons). After taking us on several adventures to some far-flung places to showcase their wares (Rio de Janeiro, for starters), the Parisian fashion house is returning to their backyard for spring-summer 2017. To be precise, the unveiling of the collection will be held at the history-laden grounds of Place Vendôme, located to the north of the Tuileries Gardens and east of the Église de la Madeleine. There isn't a complicated reason for this choice: Louis Vuitton will be inaugurating their new outpost on the corner of Place Vendôme and Rue Saint-Honoré at the same time making this postal code a must-visit for any self-professed fan of the brand and even the neutrals. Mark the date for October 5.
