If chicken soup’s for the soul, then Bella Hadid’s latest beverage is for the brain. Touted as the first braincare beverage of its kind, the 24-year-old has partnered with anointed soulmate and wellness expert Jen Batchelor, who is the originator of this drink when she launched it at the end of 2018 with a different partner. So what exactly is Kin Euphorics? Well, for starters, this non-alcoholic beverage aims to deliver on the buzz/bliss without the same downsides of booze. Think of it like those energy drinks without the battery fluid-like taste. There are currently two flavours on the roster, Kin Spritz (described as “brainpower beverage from the future”) and Lightwave (described as “naked forest bathing at midnight”). Hadid, who assumes the co-founder role in the company, met Batchelor a year ago and fell in love with the idea of a self-care aid in beverage form. She explained in a lengthy Instagram post that for someone who has been numbing her social anxieties with alcohol for years and working through long hours and depression, she had not been taking adequate care of herself. “Trying Kin for the first time was one of the most life changing moments for me. 3 days later, I personally called Jen to see who was the genius behind ‘euphorics’. I had already been taking Gabba and Tyrosine for my anxiety, and to come across this cute, tiny drink, already using those exact ingredients, made my heart jump. I just knew, I needed to help spread this message and work hand in hand with Jen to make the greatest mood enhancing drink of all time!” she said. Preach it, girl!
