Nigo’s creative stewardship of Kenzo has been a reminder of the fun that the Paris-based label used to have under late founder Kenzō Takada. The Japanese streetwear icon, who only joined the storied brand a year ago, is now spreading this infectious brand of joy around the world, starting in New York City. Kenzo organised a rooftop party at the New Museum on Manhattan’s Lower East Side to kicktstart the festivities with long-time fans of Nigo joining in including Jaden Smith and Pusha T.
