After Casio started downsizing some of its wristwatches into wearable timekeeping rings, it leaves many wondering what else watches can turn into. You don't have to wait for long as the Japanese timekeeping giant is already showing us the possibilities. Its prized G-Shock line is now turning one of its most popular models into, well, erasers. This is a one-off move and as far as we know these erasers aren't for sale either. The DW-5600-shaped erasers are said to be more than half the size of the original reinforced resin model but looks just like the real thing with a realistic time display and a removable band. These promotional gifts come in three options of black, yellow or red and is given out to buyers of selected models of the timepiece. Unfortunately, only those in Japan can get hold of this surprise drop which is released in time for the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the G-Shock line this year. And if you're courageous enough to use these erasers freely rather than display them (because you still use pencils?), just know that you can try slipping them onto the finger just like a ring and go wild with it on paper. We knew those ring-sized Casio watches launched earlier were already dropping hints.
